Take your project scheduling skills to the next level by completing the MS Project workshop series—three progressive sessions designed to build your confidence and capability in using Microsoft Project from the ground up. By registering for all three levels, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the software while learning to apply scheduling best practices at every stage. Each level focuses on a critical stage of MS Project mastery: MS Project 1: Scheduling Basics Learn how to build, manage, and share simple project schedules using foundational tools and best practices. MS Project 2: Diving into MS Project Strengthen your skills with deeper scheduling techniques, risk awareness, and project status reporting tools. MS Project 3: Advanced MS Project Go beyond basic scheduling and explore features for risk management, integrated schedules, and resource tracking across projects and teams.
